If you land and your SIM does not work as expected then you need to follow these steps:
Step 1. Ensure you have followed all steps in your SIMs digital PDF guide.

Does the USA have reliable data speeds?

The us sims worked perfectly with our samsung phones. It was as simple as putting the sims in and away we went. The data on the phones worked perfectly and even allowed for a limited amount of hotspotting to a tablet. We had a third sim that we put in a Samsung tablet but you can't use it for data due to At&T restrictions, however I was aware of that before purchase and only needed it to be able to receive calls

I have a Samsung Galaxy s20 phone. I was very impressed with your sim card USA Canada & Mexico. Where I travelled through Canada, Hawaii and Alaska even to the top of Alaska the sim card worked really well. I even did the inside passage, rocky mountaineer train. Drove from one side of Canada to the other. The sim card worked through out. As I was over there for 55 days I had to buy two sim cards and change phone numbers. However the change over worked well no issues at all.
