What are our products?
Our SIMs are local prepaid SIMs from other countries. We import them here to Australia to help Aussies find, buy and use SIM cards while travelling. We source our products from the best Telco's overseas to ensure our customers have a good experience while travelling.

Can I use these SIMs with my phone?

Any of our SIMs that have special phone requirements will have it clearly described in the product descriptions, you can also chat with us to make sure your device is supported.
Can these SIMs be topped up or recharged?
Some of our products are rechargeable but most are not. Seeing as they are SIMs from other countries they usually are too difficult to top up or simply don't allow top up at all. Make sure to read all the details of your SIM before you purchase.
All our SIMs store no personal information so we offer our products with 'multi-SIM' discounts if you need more than 1 SIM. Simply dispose of your SIM and replace it with another prepaid SIM to extend your duration/data usage.
Can I keep my Aussie mobile number?
No, our products come with an overseas local number. So you would need to share your new number with friends and family for them to contact you. While your travel SIM is inserted calls to your Australian number will not go through as it is not connected to a network.
How do I get started?
Simply find a SIM and order online. We will be with you every step of the way so if you run into any trouble, just message us and we will be with you as fast as humanly possible!
Can I use these SIMs with my phone?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you provide a tax invoice?
You will be able to download a PDF invoice after you have purchased. This can be found in your order confirmation email.
How will I know if my order was placed?

How do I use discounts?
You can use your discount code during checkout after you have added items to your cart and entered your details. When you apply the discount it will reduce your grand total before you are billed.
What about returning customers?

How does delivery work?
We ship all orders with Australia Post via Registered (4-7 business days) or Express postage (1-2 business days).
We do 'same day' dispatch up to 3PM from our office in NSW.
What if I leave really soon?
Message us on live chat or email and we can see if there is enough time to get you your SIM cards!
Do you have a pick-up location?
We don't do pick-ups generally, but if you are in Sydney and in need of a SIM desperately before you go. Reach out to us and we can try our best to organise a pick-up from our office. No guarantees as we aren't always available.

How do I get 'next day' shipping?
If you order before 3PM and you are in the Australia Post Express Network then your order will be with you the following business day.
The express network covers 80% of Australian adresses including all metropolitan areas and mjor cities. You can learn more on Australia Post's website.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, we will be able to change it if your order has not been shipped out yet.

How do I return my SIM cards?
Simply send us a message and let us know that you are returning your SIM cards. If they are returned undamaged or unused we are happy to refund your purchase or give you a store credit.

What are some common issues?
We get alot of positive feedback from our customers about how easy it is to use our SIM cards. However, there can always be the chance of technical issues.
Generally these issues can be resolved easily.
Some common issues:
1) The data has not connected.
This can be due to your mobile phone not having the correct 'APN settings'. You would simply need to follow the instructions in our PDF Guides.
2) SIM not activating
You need to ensure 'Data Roaming' is enabled on your device to allow the SIM to connect to the overseas network. This is explained in the 'Getting Started' section of our PDF Guides.
What is your refund policy?
