If you are apart of the Australia Post Express Network we can get your order to you the next business day if you order before 12PM AEST with express postage.

What if I need help?
Our SIMs generally have no issues, however, nothing is a guarantee. Sometimes SIMs have technical issues that need troubleshooting.
If you land and your SIM does not work as expected then you need to follow these steps:

Step 2. Reach out to us for support via Facebook live chat or email us at hello@simsdirect.com.au. We are active between 10am - 6pm AEDT
Step 3. If our technical support cannot resolve your issue you will be entitled to our Money Back Guarantee and we will help you find a local option for the rest of your trip
How can I make calls & texts?
This SIM does not come with calls or texts. However, you can use your data to make calls and texts.
We highly recommend using data applications as a smart alternative.
If you are wanting to call internationally:
We recommend using Skype. You can purchase credit and use it to make international calls to any number in the world at very affordable rates that are much cheaper than international call rates. $10 will get you roughly 250 minutes worth of international calls. It's just like using your mobile but it uses internet data to make the call. Very handy! Works for landlines and mobile numbers.

How do I check my balance?
You can keep track of your usage by registering a ‘My3’ account with ThreeUK.

No recharges?
This SIM can only be recharged in the UK or with a UK credit card.
If you need more data or a longer duration you will need to purchase multiple SIM cards and swap them out as you go.
How do I find my new number?
Your new UK mobile number is printed on the back of the SIM packaging.
Is this enough data for me?
12GB of data over 365 days is suitable for Google maps and general web browsing.
If you are planning on streaming videos or downloading large files then you may want to grab a second SIM card for more data.

Because we travel continuously and we use our phone to hotspot for laptop gps etc we tend to also buy a cheap sim in whatever country if we are there for a few months. BUT we use this card for wifi when we have just crossed borders to gps fuel, camping, parking, grocery stores, where to buy cheap simcard for that country, backup for when that country sim has run out and we only need another week or so of data usage. We have then sent to our daughter who then onfowards to us. They have been excellent never had a problem. And the great thing is they last a year so we can keep using them on and off for the entire period.

We've gone a month with the first Sim and it was a quick change to the second sim. The same delay (about 1 hour) from three UK before it was fully active for internet and calls. Coverage has been good through Northern Spain and Portugal. Second sim will be lower part of Portugal
