Activating your Travel SIM Card
Your SIM Card will automatically activate based on the Activation Date you provide before checkout. If you buy multiple SIM cards, you'll need to add in the Activation Date for each SIM.
We activate SIMs at 2 pm AEST (4 am GMT) on the date that you choose at checkout. The accuracy of the date is important for your SIM to be activated smoothly. Make sure to plug your SIM card in your phone on your nominated Activation Date.
If you’re unsure about your Activation Dates, you can add in estimated date/s for your SIMs. Once you know your dates, please let us know via our live chat.

How do I activate?
Step 1. Land in one of the countries listed
Step 2. Insert SIM card
Step 3. Turn on 'Data Roaming' in your mobile/network settings
Step 4. Restart your device

What if I need help?
Our SIMs generally have no issues, however, nothing is a guarantee. Sometimes SIMs have technical issues that need troubleshooting.
If you land and your SIM does not work as expected then you need to follow these steps:
Step 1. Ensure you have followed all steps in your SIMs digital PDF guide.

How can I make calls & texts?
This SIM does not come with calls or texts. However, you can use your data to make calls and texts.
We highly recommend using data applications as a smart alternative.
If you are wanting to call internationally:
We recommend using Skype. You can purchase credit and use it to make international calls to any number in the world at very affordable rates that are much cheaper than international call rates. $10 will get you roughly 250 minutes worth of international calls. It's just like using your mobile but it uses internet data to make the call. Very handy! Works for landlines and mobile numbers.

How do I check my balance?
You can keep track of your usage by registering a ‘My3’ account with ThreeUK.

No recharges?
This SIM can only be recharged in the UK or with a UK credit card.
If you need more data or a longer duration you will need to purchase multiple SIM cards and swap them out as you go.
How do I find my new number?
Your new UK mobile number is printed on the back of the SIM packaging.
Is this enough data for me?
