If you are apart of the Australia Post Express Network we can get your order to you the next business day if you order before 3PM AEDT with express postage.

Orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email after we have dispatched your order from our office, you can track online with Australia Post.

When do you dispatch orders?
Same day dispatch before 3PM, every day of the working week.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email after we have dispatched your order from our office, you can track online with DHL.

Where is it sent from?
Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via DHL international.

What if it doesn't make it in time?
Please ensure you have enough time before you depart for your order to arrive. If the order is delayed or doesn't make it in time you can return the SIM cards to us for a full refund.

When do you dispatch orders?
We dispatch international orders every Monday at 3pm.

How much is delivery?
All international orders are $9.99AUD.
How do I activate?

Step 1 Land in New Zealand

Step 2 Insert SIM card

Step 3 Dial 200

Step 4 Restart your device

What if I need help?

Our SIMs generally have no issues, however, nothing is a guarantee. Sometimes SIMs have technical issues that need troubleshooting.


If you land and your SIM does not work as expected then you need to follow these steps:


Step 1. Ensure you have followed all steps in your SIMs digital PDF guide.


Step 2. Reach out to us for support via Facebook live chat or email us at hello@simsdirect.com.au. We are active between 10am - 6pm AEDT.


Step 3. If our technical support cannot resolve your issue you will be entitled to our Money Back Guarantee and we will help you find a local option for the rest of your trip.

 

 

How do I make calls & texts?

If you want to call or text home you have 200 minutes and unlimited texts available to use in 30 days. 

Simply dial: Country Code -> Area Code -> Mobile Number

For example: If you wish to dial 0431166871

You would enter +61431166871

For local calls & texts: Simply enter the local number and you are all set.

 

How do I check my balance?

You can check your balance by dialling *100*#

How do I recharge?

This SIM can be easily recharged via 2degrees mobile app. Instructions are included in your PDF guide and on the SIM packaging.


How do I find my new number?

Your new New Zealand mobile number is printed on the back of the SIM packaging.

Is this enough data for me?

10GB of data over 30 days is plenty for web browsing, google maps, emails, social media and data messaging.


If you are planning on streaming videos or downloading large files then you may want to grab a second SIM card for more data.
