If you are going for a longer duration or you need more data, you will need to purchase multiple SIM cards and swap them out as you go because this SIM cannot be recharged.
Activating your Travel SIM Card
Your UK Travel SIM Card will automatically activate based on the Activation Date you provide before checkout. If you buy multiple SIM cards, you'll need to add in the Activation Date for each SIM.
We activate SIMs at 2 pm AEST (4 am GMT) on the date that you choose at checkout. The accuracy of the date is important for your SIM to be activated smoothly. Make sure to plug your SIM card in your phone on your nominated Activation Date.
If you’re unsure about your Activation Dates, you can add in estimated date/s for your SIMs. Once you know your dates, please let us know via our live chat.

How do I use my SIM?
Step 1. Land in one of the countries listed
Step 2. Insert SIM card
Step 3. Turn on 'Data Roaming' in your mobile/network settings
Step 4. Restart your device
You should connect within 5 minutes and you are all set. Happy travels!
What if I need help?
Our SIMs generally have no issues, however, nothing is a guarantee. Sometimes SIMs have technical issues that need troubleshooting.
If you land and your SIM does not work as expected then you need to follow these steps:
Step 1. Ensure you have followed all steps in your SIMs digital PDF guide.

How can I make calls & texts?
To dial a UK number, simply dial: Country code -> Mobile number
For example: If you wanted to dial the UK number 0712345678;
You would replace the 0 with the UK country code (+44)
You would dial +44712345678.

No recharges?
This SIM can only be recharged in the UK or with a UK credit card.
