Our SIMs generally have no issues, however, nothing is a guarantee. Sometimes SIMs have technical issues that need troubleshooting.
If you land and your SIM does not work as expected then you need to follow these steps:

How can I make calls & texts?
This SIM does not come with calls or texts. However, you can use your data to make calls and texts.
We highly recommend using data applications as a smart alternative.
If you are wanting to call internationally:
We recommend using Skype. You can purchase credit and use it to make international calls to any number in the world at very affordable rates that are much cheaper than international call rates. $10 will get you roughly 250 minutes worth of international calls. It's just like using your mobile but it uses internet data to make the call. Very handy! Works for landlines and mobile numbers.

If you need more data or a longer duration, you will need to purchase multiple SIM cards and swap them out as you go.
How do I find my new number?
You can find your mobile number when the SIM is inserted & active by going to your contacts and finding: My Number.
Is this enough data for me?
6GB of data over 15 days is suitable for web browsing, Google maps, emails, social media and data messaging.
If you are planning on streaming videos or downloading large files then you may want to grab a second SIM card for more data.

Sims Direct were very helpful. As soon as I arrived in Honolulu I inserted the new sim card and simply called them on the number listed on the back of the sim card holder. They made sure I got my card activated quickly. I could have activated my card on-line but I did not have internet access at the time so it was very convenient to be able to make a call and get assistance. the sim was easy to use and worked instantly on arrival. It appear to cease working before the advertised duration and at a time when other providers were still working. Overall for Europe this product is good for countries like Fiji it is a lost more cost effective and coverage effective to purchase a sim on arrival at Nadi airport
